Use it, copy it, share it, but don't make money from it. The Flexible Writing Planner was developed by me (Roger Knight) for Janet Graeber's doctoral dissertation. The subject of that dissertaion is "Student Use of Creative Writing Tools". This stack's main purpose is to keep track of the path a student takes through the five creative writing tools (see below) while under assignment to produce an essay. Each time the student uses a tool, that event and the amount of time spent on the tool is recorded. This data is recorded on the last card of this stack which can be accessed by pressing COMMAND + 4. The student data can be printed as a report or exported to a text file. The text file data is saved in a format that will be recognized by any Macintosh data base or spread-sheet. -- part contents for card part 3 ----- text ----- Send any comments, suggestions, or requests to: Roger Knight Educational Technology Consultant 4003 Rector Common Fremont, California 94538
